Thank you so much for wanting to find out more about Igloo Memories! Below we have listed some frequently asked questions, to allow you to better understand how we do things and help you get ready for your upcoming party.

How can l make a booking?

Click HERE to send us your enquiry. Once availability has been checked, you will be given a booking form to complete with Carina, to get all your finer details made perfect for the occasion.

Can l talk to someone about prices?

Absolutely! Feel free to call us on 086 800 6520 to discuss your party plans or if out of office hours complete our enquiry form HERE and once back in the office we will be in contact.

What space is required for an igloo?

A minimum of 4m x 4m is required for installation and the ground must be flat and within 30 meters of a mains power supply.

What space is required for each teepee?

A minimum of 1m wide x 2m dept. is required for each single teepee setup. The home furniture must also be moved and space made prior to our arrival.

What is a double bubble?

2 Igloo Set Ups - Can have 2 completely different setups in each igloo to meet all ages attending the party.

Are the Igloo weatherproof?

Yes, the Igloos are waterproof with specially designed taped seams around the windows and doors. The Igloo can hold up to 15cm of snow and withstand winds up to 50-62km/h.

Can an igloo be placed inside?

Yes if you have an enclosed area indoors or an enclosed outer building the igloo can be set up inside.

Are you open all year round?

Yes! We offered Teepee and Indoor Parties all year round. Our igloos are available for outdoor setups from March to October each year.

What areas do you cover?

We cover up to 50km from our home here in Killarney, Co.Kerry.

Are there delivery charges?

No, once within the 50km radius all delivery charges are included in our prices.

Is the Igloo warm enough in colder months?

Yes, the Igloo retains heat really well when all zipped up and is substantially warmer than the outdoor temperature.  A heater and blankets are supplied to keep you extra toasty.

When do I pay?

Online payments are asked to be paid 4 days before booking or cash payments can be made on the day of set up also.

Does it need to go on the grass?

Ideally, the grass is always the better option, however, our Igloos can be placed on any flat, even surface. Not suitable for use on loose stones/chippings.
